About The Position

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent, locally owned franchise of The McDonald's Corporation. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
  • Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
  • Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
  • Take action to ensure the team meets company standards.
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
