Domino's Pizza is hiring the next generation of its leadership, starting with Shift Managers. We are looking for the right individuals to be responsible for opening or closing our stores and make sure we are operating at our highest level all day, every day. Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle paperwork, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Ensure store cleanliness and perfect image adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
• Receive and process telephone orders and handle sensitive customer information.
• Execute credit transactions and provide quality customer service.
• Work as part of a team and assist each other during shifts.
• Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Operate all equipment and clean equipment and facility daily.
• Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Ability to memorize recipes and portion amounts.
