Requirements

• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Great communicator and motivator
• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
• 18+ with weekend availability
• Previous leadership experience is a plus - but if you're ready to step up, we'll train you

Responsibilities

• Running the floor and guiding your team through peak periods
• Coaching team members in real-time to deliver quality and service
• Solving problems, staying calm under pressure, and leading with clarity
• Helping new crew members get trained and feel welcome
• Keeping things safe, clean, and efficient
• Making sure our guests leave happy - every time
