As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. Your role will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald's standards, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Additionally, you may be responsible for meeting targets and helping your assigned Departments achieve their goals.
