  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service.
  • Manage operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
  • Adhere to guidelines for each station, including dough management and portioning.
  • Perform assigned work station duties, including making quality products and following preparation procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's product goals and minimize customer complaints.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the TM handbook.
  • Exemplify core values and maintain a positive attitude while working with others.
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback to team members.
  • Maintain product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards.
  • Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and utilizing the FOCUS System accurately.
  • Execute cash management duties and assist in managing inventory levels.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
  • Skills in cash management, planning and organization, and effective communication.
