About The Position
As a Shift Leader at Blaze Pizza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience while enjoying our delicious pizzas. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas that meet our high standards, and operating the point of sale system. You will also be responsible for cash handling, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area for our guests. Your leadership will be essential in cultivating a positive guest experience by providing fast, courteous, and sincere service, in line with Blaze's standards. In addition to your operational duties, you will be expected to train and guide team members during your shift, fostering a fun and energetic work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead by example will be key to motivating your team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. You will also be responsible for general cleaning, stocking items, and ensuring that the dining room is always presentable for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on guest service and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate good personal grooming and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times. Your analytical skills will be put to use in managing the shift effectively, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that our guests leave satisfied with their experience.
