Responsibilities

• Monitors food safety, cleanliness and sanitation, & takes corrective action when necessary.
• Knows and understands Guest Experience metrics and strives for results in both areas.
• Models operational excellence and mentors others to do the same.
• Follows through on commitments without fail: displays high integrity.
• Is a role model to Team Members.
• Ensures Team Members are engaged and achieving service and sales goals every shift.
• Provides corrective action for Team Member issues and escalates to Bakery Manager.
• Shows ability and skills to adapt operational changes.
• Exhibits the ability to receive coaching.
• Takes quick and decisive action to improve Guest Experience and Team Member atmosphere.
• Creates and promotes an inclusive culture and environment for all Team Members.
• Connects with Guest and Team Members, builds effective relationships with all levels.
• Is a Nothing Bundt Cakes Brand Ambassador.
• Enthusiastically fulfills training obligations.
• Demonstrates S.W.E.E.T. Steps of Service with every Guest interaction.
• Crafts and serves a quality cake experience with every order.

• Makes Guest Experience a priority and doesn't take short cuts.
• Resolves Guest issues in a timely manner.
