As a shift leader, you will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Your role will include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating daily performance, rewarding and coaching employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems in the absence of a manager. All of this is done while maintaining a high level of guest service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
