About The Position
The Shift Leader assists the management team in achieving restaurant operational goals, annual sales, and profit plan. This role is responsible for the same duties as hourly employees, but in a leadership capacity, performing some of the same duties as the Assistant Manager, with the exception of hiring and termination of team members.
