The Shift Leader (SL) is responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in running a profitable restaurant while ensuring that the restaurant meets the company's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) during their shift. The SL plays a key role in leading a team of crew members and executing administrative tasks delegated to them, such as inventories and schedules, while being solution-focused and accountable for the overall results of the restaurant.
