In this role, the Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching staff to provide outstanding customer service, producing high-quality food, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the establishment. They will also handle cash transactions, follow training programs, and enforce company policies and procedures. The Shift Leader will participate in marketing initiatives and work towards building sales while developing team members for career growth. Effective communication and a sense of urgency are essential traits for success in this position, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader is expected to lead by example, demonstrating accountability and integrity in all aspects of their work.
