Requirements

At least 18 years or older
Able to work all shifts, including opening and closing the restaurant
Possess strong judgment skills
Proficient in math
Ability to multitask
Commitment to follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift
Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
Set the example for the team
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
