The Shift Leader is responsible for managing all day-to-day functions of the restaurant. He/she always looks to improve to achieve the highest standards in the customer experience, employee experience, and financial goals. The SL should be passionate about the food service industry, and seeks to motivate a team to extend the same passion to our guests. Job responsibilities include managing, supervising and training front and back of house team members, overseeing the quality of our food offerings, scheduling, and inventory control.
