Requirements
- Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
- Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week
- Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
Responsibilities
- Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
- Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
