About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Shift Leader to join our team in Colorado Springs, United States. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that all organizational standards are met. This is a key leadership position that requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to motivating your team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably as a shift leader or operations manager
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Problem-solving skills with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

  • Experience with inventory management or resource allocation
  • Background in conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee evaluations

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead shift team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and quality standards
  • Organize and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage for all operational needs
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and professional development
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements throughout the shift
  • Analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Respond promptly to operational challenges and make decisive decisions to resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, staffing concerns, and operational updates
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand procedures and expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift activities and team performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best
