Requirements

  • Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability required (Closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Lead & support your team - provide guidance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences - maintain Chick-fil-A's renowned hospitality by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Ensure brand excellence - uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Count drawers and finalize day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
