Nice To Haves

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Lead & support your team - provide guidance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Deliver outstanding guest experiences - maintain Chick-fil-A's renowned hospitality by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Ensure brand excellence - uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count drawers and finalize day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
