π₯ Shift Leader β Cedars in Hyde Park π₯ Shifts: 6β8 hours Pay:$18.50 β $21.50/hr (based on experience) π What You'll Be Responsible For LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS Follow and complete opening/closing checklists Monitor food safety standards and walk-in cooler organization Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment Adjust staffing in real-time to match business needs Send daily shift summaries to management ACCOUNTABILITY Enforce policies around uniforms, punctuality, attendance, phone use Ensure all team members follow our Quality Identifier standards Coach team with respect and firmness CUSTOMER RECOVERY Handle guest issues like a Hot Chi pro Use the D.O.E. Method to resolve problems Issue refunds or credits as needed to win customers back INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Receive and stow away deliveries Create and oversee prep lists Complete full inventory counts as scheduled Communicate expected shortages to management CASH HANDLING Safe counts and reconciliation End-of-shift drawer balancing and deposits Keep cashiers stocked with change and supplies CATERING Intake and manage Catering orders Assign Delivery Drivers β What Weβre Looking For Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Confidence holding others accountable Solid communication and organization skills Comfort with basic math and handling cash Cool under pressure, focused on solutions Passion for great food and better teamwork
