Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a high drive for results
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
• Ability to manage team member behavior and performance
• Strong commitment to customer service and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager is a plus

Responsibilities

• Learn and lead daily in the restaurant operations
• Help cast vision and establish a positive, values-driven culture
• Develop and mentor leaders and team members within the department
• Assist in managing labor and achieving department labor goals
• Support the creation and implementation of operational systems
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold top-tier service scores
• Serve guests with genuine hospitality through eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking in a friendly tone, and emotional connection
