Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Available evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
- Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
- Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
