Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. General job duties for all store team members Required to prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza spec this is including but not limited to the following. · Pizza’s · Pasta · Wings · Deserts · Sandwiches · Sides Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. · Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO · Moving soda from storage area to coolers. · Dating all product Customer interactions · Taking and receiving phone calls · Taking customer's orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows. · Carside delivery (Being able to bring the customers food out to the car in all weather conditions) Daily cleaning and sanitation. · Sweep and moping · Cleaning coolers interior and exterior · Taking out the trash · Washing dishes

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Requires Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying the product.
