About The Position

As a member of the Service Desk team, you will be on the front line of ensuring customer satisfaction. As a team leader in this department, you will oversee the operations of the service desk and will lead and develop a team of employees. If you’re an outgoing people person who enjoys working with others and can solve problems with ease and efficiency, this could be the role for you!

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of work experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations
  • Computer skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide incredible service to customers and engage collaboratively with employees
  • Quickly identify and provide solutions or resources to assist customers
  • Adhere to and uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Administer Shopper’s Club program, check out customers as necessary, perform refunds and exchanges
  • Assist with lottery machines, issue gift cards, sell stamps and maintain the bottle return room (may vary by location)
  • Manage employee performance and development by providing resources, training, feedback
