About The Position
Papa John's Pizza is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Shift Manager to lead their team. This role involves managing operations in the absence of the General Manager, maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and leading by example in pizza preparation and rush hour management. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for coaching, supporting, and motivating the crew. - Some management or food service experience
