JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza Franchise, is seeking new team members for a Shift Leader position, also referred to as an assistant manager. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, capable of ensuring tasks are completed and setting an example for their crew. The job requires skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. Responsible for everything that happens during your shift
Includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
Must set the example
Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
