About The Position

Jersey Mike's Subs in Woodmere, OH is now hiring! We are looking for great people that want to join our culture and make a difference one great sub sandwich at a time! We are currently looking to hire Shift Leaders (must be 18 or older due to operations) with open availability. A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team.

Responsibilities

• Baking bread/Cooking bacon/Using meat slicer
• Producing high quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Cash handling
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Effective communication - with team and with customers!
• Having a sense of urgency
