Expectations Work 30+ hours a week minimum Must meet all the expectations of a Team Member Big-picture mindset and be able to make small decisions to push the team towards that vision Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments. Must have an energy and enthusiasm that motivates the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
