Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership role in a high volume or fast casual environment required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communicator and problem solver
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
  • Act as the person in charge; handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
  • Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
  • Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
