About The Position

Shift Leader The Shift Leader (SL) requires knowledge of all operations in the restaurant, has supervisory responsibilities, and is expected to give direction. The SL should be capable of fully running a shift. It is important that they lead by example and maintain open communication with all other members of the restaurant's team, particularly the managers. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know. We expect continued growth and need employees who enjoy working with the public and have an energetic attitude. Nights and weekends included. QSR experience preferred, but will train. Looking for someone with a strong work history, a desire to lead, and are dependable. Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be awesome at customer service!
