About The Position

The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager. The SL assists the GM in the achievement of the restaurant's people, operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assists GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
• Assists GM in monitoring/ improving employee morale
• Personally coaches staff
• Supports training of employees
• Ensures safety is everyone's top priority
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensures compliance with all company policies
• Assists GM in achieving sales and profits to plan
• Displays urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
• Delivers/ improves delivery of operational standards.
• Ensure execution of excellent customer service
• Execute shift deployment as the MIC
• Assist GM to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
• Open or close restaurant as required
• Ensure that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
