You will create shift schedules, delegate tasks, handle cash, and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to uphold the company's Vision, Values, and Team Norms. Work closely with the Manager Team to equip and lead team members to success while meeting operational goals.
