Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
You have previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
You have strong decision-making skills and can think on your feet.
You lead with confidence, clarity, and care.
You are organized and detail-oriented-small things matter.
You believe in servant leadership-you inspire your team through action, not just words.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Front and Back of House teams during each shift.
Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and upholds the highest standards.
Be a hands-on leader-jump in to support the team when needed.
Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Oversee food safety, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest concerns with care and urgency, turning problems into solutions.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards.
