Requirements

• Previous leadership or shift lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to customer service and team success
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or restaurant/QSR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during your shift
• Assign positions and ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver and model excellent customer service
• Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to team members
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Help train new team members and support store leadership
• Communicate shift goals and priorities with the team
