About The Position

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Polaris are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties. A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision. Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
Managing team member performance and staffing needs

Overseeing daily inventory needs
Executing catering orders and unique customer needs
