You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'. Dunkin' Donuts Shift Leader Job Summary Summary: Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. WINNIN' Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).

Requirements

Fluent in English
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Math and writing skills
Basic computer skills
High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements
Develops and maintains guest relationships
Displays a sense of urgency with guests
Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through
Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process
Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model
Consistently meets or exceeds goals
Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others
Identifies and resolves issues and problems
Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary
Develops and maintains relationships with team

Able to lift 30to 50LBS
You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
