Requirements

• 18+ years of age upon hire date
• Eligible to perform work in the United States
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Strong shift awareness and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in and provide leadership in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ensure tasks assigned to Team Members are completed
• Assist store leadership with employee development
• Provide immediate and courteous assistance to guest requests and needs
• Assist in the training of new hires and act as a role model for our team
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Cash handling and deposits
• Monitor business and guest feedback metrics and make appropriate changes on shift to ensure they meet organizational goals
• Oversee opening and/or closing responsibilities if applicable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
