Requirements

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of leadership or 2 years of college with a desire to grow in leadership
  • Availability to open and/or close the store (shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. or end as late as 11:00 p.m.)
  • You must have reliable transportation.
  • Proven track record of team leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Lead and mentor Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold Chick-fil-A's values.
  • Manage inventory, financials, and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
