Requirements

be able to be on your feet for long periods
be able to lift up to 50lbs pretty regularly
be comfortable using ovens, knives, grills, pots, pans and other kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

Participate in food prep and production, including preparation of sauces, dressings, and meats, and washing and chopping fresh vegetables.
Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products.
Delegate tasks and guide the kitchen crew.
Keep everyone on task and in line with cleanliness and quality standards.
Make staffing decisions on shift as needed (adding and cutting labor).
