The Shift Leader manages expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, everyday. This position focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership/management of staff positioning, hospitality, and cleanliness. This position works closely with the Director team to ensure operational goals are met and that our team members are equipped and led to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership/management of staff positioning, hospitality, and cleanliness
