About The Position

Now Hiring Shift Leaders 2514 Clements Ferry Full and Part time positions available Bojangles @ Bluewater is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill the role of Shift Leader at our various locations, including Charleston, SC, North Charleston, SC., Cain Bay, SC, and Ravenel Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing their shifts all other aspects of the restaurant operations. Requirements

Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old).
Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others.
Ability to manage a team effectively.
Some positions require experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
