About The Position

Bring the joy of eating to our customers one taco at a time! We've been creating fresh, one-of-a-kind, quick-service Mexican food since 1969. At Taco John's we hold the bragging rights to bigger, bolder, and better flavors. Raise eligibility after training completions. The Shift Leader (SL) requires knowledge of all operations in the restaurant, has supervisory responsibilities, and is expected to give direction. The SL should be capable of fully running a shift. It is important that they lead by example and maintain open communication with all other members of the restaurant's team, particularly the managers.
