Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you'll help run the show by leading by example and creating a positive, team-first atmosphere. You'll coach and motivate crew members to deliver awesome guest experiences, manage shift priorities, set goals, and celebrate wins. Keeping things running smoothly by following brand standards and safety guidelines is essential. You'll also be solving problems on the fly and keeping the team focused and efficient while supporting training efforts and helping team members grow.
