About The Position
The Airway Heights Noodle Express is hiring Shift Leads! Our close-knit team works together to produce high quality food and service in a fast-paced environment that takes pride in its teamwork and organization. If you have experience in the restaurant industry and are looking for your next fun, challenging, and rewarding career in food service, we would love for you to join our team! Noodle Express offers flexible schedules and a base wage of $17.00-18.00 an hour, with a recent average of an additional $6-$8/hour thanks to our generous tip pool. With tips employees can expect to make $22.00-$24.00 an hour. We believe that exceptional service and guest satisfaction starts with treating our employees right. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will create and sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members. Our Shift Leads actively perform tasks cooking, prepping, and cashiering to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations!
