About The Position

Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown since then to the largest franchise operator in the world. Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness. Requirements

• Willingness to learn and develop management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills through the Shift Leader training program.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
