About The Position
As a Shift Leader at Dunkin', you will help run the show by leading by example and creating a positive, team-first atmosphere. You will coach and motivate crew members to deliver awesome guest experiences, manage shift priorities, set goals, and celebrate wins. Your role will also involve keeping things running smoothly by following brand standards and safety guidelines, solving problems on the fly, and supporting training efforts to help team members grow.
