Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower team members to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
