About The Position

The Shift Leader / Team Captain at Smoothie King plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while leading the team in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will also assist in managing team members and ensuring smooth operations during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in working in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) preferred.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• Nevada Food Handler's Card.
• General understanding and use of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
