About The Position
Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to join their team. As pioneers of the nutritional smoothie, Smoothie King aims to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle, operating over 1300 stores nationwide. The company emphasizes clean ingredients, guest health and wellness, and a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration. The Shift Leader / Team Captain will act as an ambassador for the brand, assisting guests in selecting smoothies and retail products to support their fitness and nutrition goals, and providing guidance to Team Members in the absence of General Managers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the brand and eager to take on new challenges. Smoothie King is immediately hiring for this role.
Requirements
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
