Requirements

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
