About The Position

Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Shift Leader by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment with the ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to deliver when needed.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and manage store operations.
  • Set high standards for customer service.
  • Maintain exceptional product quality standards.
  • Staff the store and manage costs.
  • Develop team members.
  • Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
  • Handle customer interactions including taking orders in person and over the phone.
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
