About The Position

Shift Leaders handle all the aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Learn and sharpen your business skills as a Shift Leader by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment with the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to deliver when needed.
• Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Lift and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Move soda from storage area to coolers.
• Date all products.
• Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls and orders in person.
• Perform carsides delivery in all weather conditions.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning coolers.
• Take out the trash and wash dishes.
