About The Position

As a Restaurant Leader at Church's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Team Members are equipped with the necessary coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures. You will monitor and ensure that customer service is prompt, friendly, and courteous, while also ensuring that all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures. In this role, you will assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment. You will demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow and enforce safety and security policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and performing opening and closing duties as required on the Shift Awareness Checklists. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining professional and ethical behaviors at all times, ensuring on-time attendance by each employee for their shifts, and performing other duties as assigned. To succeed in this position, you will need to complete various reports, including the Weekly Sales Report and Bank deposit slips, ensuring accuracy in all paperwork. You will also be responsible for entering inventory and payroll into the POS system and ensuring adherence to established cash handling and security procedures. This role requires a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle during shifts, and proof of insurance. Successful completion of the Shift Leader certification program is also a requirement.
